TILT

Not caused by poker, but by my internet service provider, Virgin Media/NTL, what a bunch of customer-service deficient retards.
Basically Branson’s circus troupe have sold more network capacity than they can physically provide, meaning that three times in the last week the service has gone down in the middle of a poker session. Yes I should have a back-up connection but I haven’t, oh well. When you play online poker full-time, there is nothing more annoying than having problems with your internet connection.
I had a fairly exciting second day in Blackpool, where I made a deep run but didn’t find the hands or situations to get into big stack territory and ended up busting 17th out of 353.
Online has been going very well, connection issues aside, playing mostly heads-up sng’s and now I have a nice rotating star next to my name on sharkscope which can’t be a bad thing.
Pretty damn keen to get away from England now, still not booked anything, maybe head to Vegas early next week.
I’ve become quite lazy with this blog, in fact I’m thinking of taking it down, not for the usual reasons of not winning, just I can’t be bothered updating it any more. Will keep it up whilst I’m in Vegas, with at least brief updates of how I get on.
