Say NO to the British Winter

Thanks to the positive feedback from my last post, I’m going to keep the blog going, for the next few weeks at least.
Immediate plans have been made, a one-way direct flight from Manchester to Vegas has been purchased, I’m flying early on Tuesday and staying in the Bellagio for a few weeks. The Bellagio WPT schedule is here, in addition to the listed tournaments there will be a $1k buy-in every evening, happy memories of somehow chopping one of these up with the Green Machine at the same time last year. Also on is a tournament series at the Venetian, details here. Will try to satellite my way into the $15k buy-in main events of both festivals.
The climate in Vegas at this time of the year is the most conducive to playing winning poker, ie it is the coldest month of the year in Vegas (but not exactly cold compared to Manchester), so no temptation to skive by the pool unlike during WSOP time.
Some serious serious questions need to be answered during this trip, and I will do my best to answer them here.
Will I ever cash again in a Vegas tournament? (gone at least 20 without a cash)
Will Joey ever again lose a race in a MTT?
Will the Green Machine shock the whole of Vegas by ever emerging from his room wearing a semi-decent shirt?
Will TJ bring the Bellagio to its knees by winning a fortune on the dice?
Will any American player not slowroll the aces in the Fontana Lounge?

Obviously this means I’m missing the UKPT Main Event in London next week, so good luck to all who are playing in that.
Looking for ideas of what to do from mid-December onwards. I see that the PCA packages on PokerStars are now almost full, the Caribbean was a strong option for January but now this may be out of the equation.
