Sorry for the lack of posting, been a little busy. Work is still keeping me so sore, I can barely move when I get home. I made my son go with me to the grocery store last night, just so he could push the basket around, as I had zero strength left…guess I was a little more out of shape than I looked. LOL
Also, on my day off Sunday, I removed the old, crappy carpet in our living room. I am SO glad to see it gone. For some ridiculous reason, my husband’s family decided to have Christmas here at our house and I have much to do to get ready for that. No clue why they want to have it here, as my house is the smallest and under freakin renovation, for cryin’ out loud. Just more holiday stress for me, oh joy.
The hardwood isn’t in too bad of shape, hopefully some wood filler, a little sanding, stain touch-ups and a large area rug should do for the Christmas gathering.
Poker has been frustrating, the old bad luck-tilt-bad play routine is in full effect. Hopefully, the tide will turn on that soon.
