It’s December, Right?

This morning I read about the snow storms across the Midwest, but I awoke in a sweat, as it’s 70 degrees here….weird. I’m supposed to go Christmas shopping today. Christmas shopping in shorts? Hmmm, really weird. The Christmas parade is tomorrow night, maybe it’ll be warm enough to enjoy it this year. I love Christmas parades.
As far as poker goes, I haven’t been able to cash in anything lately. Razz, my new beloved, has quit the relationship already and left me feeling quite the loser. NLH is pissed that I was cheating with Razz and has also quit the relationship. I’m a double loser……
I’ll be busy today with Christmas preparations, so I may not be able to play any today, that’s probably a good thing, though. Ha.
Although my husband told me not to, I pulled up the 20+ yr old carpet in the living room last week and I’ve been trying to repair the boards with wood filler. It’s time consuming and tedious, but I’m on a mission to have them looking good for the Christmas gathering. It will happen! After I took it up, he said he liked the old carpet better….what?? It was horribly stained, stinky and so old…he is nuts. I had my suspicions that he was crazy, now I know for sure. LOL
Speaking of the floor, guess I better get to it….:)
