GUTTED!

ALL WEEK, I have been waiting for the Road To the EPT league game fixture one. I had picked the wife up, walked the dog, got the beers in and I was ready to go!
I got myself onto the RTR chat ready for some serious banter and craic, then about quarter to seven i get a phonecall from my mate. He needs help. Now this is a very close mate and a good lad and he has been there for me in the past, so there is no way I am letting him down. Anyway to cut a long story short, things got messy but, i was glad I could be there for him and hopefully everything is sorted out now.
I was absolutely gutted to miss that league game, I spent ages setting it all set up and squeezing just about as much out of the fantastic Littlewoods Poker as I possibly could! I wanted to get off to a good start and kick some azz of the other forumites, but unfortunately Lady Fate had other ideas. I now have to wait a full week until the next one!!!!!!
I bet the rest of you were thanking your lucky stars that the Mighty BM couldn’t make it!

Luckily, the way the points system is set up, you can afford to miss a game and not be that far off the pace. We did this for obvious reasons that people may not be able to play every Friday for ten weeks, so the good thing is, if you have not yet played you can still sign-up to play round 2 onwards!!!
Just nip over to the forum and follow the instructions in the “Raise the river Leagues” forum!!
So you guys better watch out next week, BM is bring his ‘A game’ !
