the $4 180 challenge….

I started this with a few other members and man it’s tough! Basically we all pay $20 into a ‘pot’ and then we all play ten of the $4/180 player MTT;s on stars. We can play them whenever we want as long as we can get the ten games in before the 12th January 2008. I think so far there are ten players in and there is a total prize pool of $200, so it ain’t half bad! The standard in these games is really bad and I think at the weekends it’s even worse, so i am avoiding them until Monday now. Take a look, this is how i busted out of game 4:

You see, it’s very hard. I am not doing too bad, but wasted my chances when i got deep in the first couple of games.

The points are worked out like this:
180th - 90th = 1 Point
89th - 45th = 2 points
44th - 27th = 3 points
26th - 19th = 4 points
18th - 10th = 6 Points
9th = 9 Points
8th = 10 points
7th = 11 Points
6th = 12 points
5th = 13 points
4th = 14 points
3rd = 15 Points
2nd = 16 points
1st = 18 points
So far for me:
Game 1 = 78th for 2 Points
Game 2 = 10th for 6 points
Game 3 = 19th for 4 points
Game 4 = 133rd for 1 Point
I need to stay focused and I really want to win this Challenge, but there are some very good players involved, so it’s going to be tough!! GL to anyone else in it!
