We're not usually very politically minded here at Poker.com, and we're not even from the USA, but the current presidential race in the United States has been captivating.For once it seems there's a candidate that may actually follow through on what he is promising - Barack Obama.
And he has said he loves to play poker too!
The first reason we liked him is because he is not named Bush or Clinton. He's right when he says it's time for a change. Bill Clinton was a good president, but the world doesn't need his angry wife as the most powerful person on the planet! And the less said about Bushes the better....
From speaking to friends from all corners of the globe, I think the USA could be giving themselves a huge boost in reputation and likeability by electing Senator Obama. He seems to really care about the issues at hand and is a much more presentable and convincing leader than the clown that has been running the country for the past 2 terms.
So anyway, we just wanted to show Barack some love, and if any of our American friends haven't decided who they would like as president yet, you know who we recommend.
