Tell your honey that you’ll be staying home this Valentines Day.  The latest season of High Stakes Poker will premiere on the Game Show Network (GSN) February 14th.

The sixth season of the poker series is scheduled to feature well known poker champs, as well as a number of lessor known cash game specialists.

Gabe Kaplin is back to host the show alongside new co-host Kara Scott.  The Valentines Day premiere will bring live action poker from the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in downtown Las Vegas, NV.

The minimum buy-in for players on the show is $200,000.  Poker celebrities scheduled to be playing this season include Phil Hellmuth, Doyle Brunson, Daniel Negreanu, Mike Matusow, Barry Greenstin, Tom Dwan, Patrik Antonius, and Eli Elezra.

The new season will give you a chance to know the players a little better, with featured up close and personal interviews and hand analysis.

Season six of High Stakes Poker will air at 8pm Eastern Time, immediately following an 8 hour “I Love Poker” marathon featuring 8 of the best one hour episodes from previous seasons.
